1. Operator and Acceptance of Terms

CUVVAGO is operated by Guangzhou Fengpei Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms govern access to cuvvago.com and transactions placed through the store. By browsing or purchasing from the store, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Customer Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into purchases in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided at checkout, for safeguarding account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Products and Availability

Descriptions, photographs and product options are shown on individual product pages. Computer display settings can affect the way colors appear. Availability can change with inventory. Product specifications and availability in the cart and checkout govern the items selected for an order.

4. Prices, Payments and Checkout

Product prices and currencies are shown on the store and at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout as required. Payments are processed through the payment options shown at checkout. We can correct material errors in a listing and cancel or refund an affected transaction as permitted by law. Never email credit-card information to customer support.

5. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment

An automatic order confirmation records receipt of an order request. An order is fulfilled after payment authorization and inventory allocation. We contact the buyer if an item cannot be supplied and provide the applicable resolution. Shipping terms appear in Shipping & Delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds and Customer Rights

Return and refund procedures are described in the Return & Refund Policy. Those procedures do not override mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.

7. Acceptable Store Use

You may use the website for lawful browsing and shopping. You must not submit false payment or delivery information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment services, introduce malicious software, or infringe the rights of other visitors or the operator.

8. Content and Intellectual Property

Store text, layouts, graphics, trademarks and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws or permissions. Personal browsing does not give you a license to reproduce or commercially distribute store materials. If you submit product feedback, you must have the right to submit it and not knowingly provide misleading information.

9. Service Providers and External Websites

Shopify and other providers support the storefront, checkout, order fulfillment, customer support and site security. External links lead to services with their own terms and policies. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for information on data handling.

10. Service Availability and Liability

We maintain the website and work to keep information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Liability limitations apply only to the extent permitted by the law governing a transaction.

11. Changes, Governing Law and Disputes

Changes to these Terms will be displayed on this page. These Terms are interpreted together with applicable consumer protection laws, including mandatory rights in the customer’s country or region. Any dispute will be handled by a competent court or legally authorized dispute-resolution body.
